HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

Shipping and Logistics Providers: To deliver your order, we share the Order Information needed to complete it with the shipping carriers and logistics providers we use. This includes your name, delivery address, phone number, email address, and order details. We require these providers to use this information only to pack, ship, and track your order.
Product Recalls: Prime Bull designs and manufactures its own products. If one of our products is subject to a safety recall or defect notice, we may use your Order Information to contact you about it.

CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS
California residents may request, once a year, information about the personal information we disclosed to third parties for their direct marketing purposes in the previous calendar year. We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes. Our advertising partners receive Device Information through cookies and pixels to show ads on our behalf, as described in this policy. NEVADA PRIVACY RIGHTS
Under Nevada law (NRS Chapter 603A), Nevada residents may ask us not to sell certain personal information, such as name, address, email, and phone number, for money. We do not sell this information for money. To submit a request, email care@primebull.com with the subject line "Nevada Privacy Request." We will respond within 60 days.
DATA RETENTION
When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information. If you ask us to delete your information, we will do so, except for records we are required to keep by law or need for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, or defending legal claims. We keep email and SMS marketing information until you unsubscribe. We keep wholesale application information while your dealer account is active and for as long as we need it for legal and business records.
CHANGES
We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
MINORS
The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are under 18, you may use the Site only with the permission of a parent or guardian.

WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?
When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer's internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.
