PrimeBull is committed to fast, safe and perfect delivery of the products. Each order goes through the proper packing procedure to ensure the perfect delivery as ordered by the customer. Just remember that the original shipping fees are non-refundable.
If you receive the order damaged, it was shipped incorrectly, or it requires a warranty claim. Our team can get your request, review it and provide you with a prepaid return label once they determine the problem.
For regular returns or exchanges, customers are held accountable for the cost of sending the item back. PrimeBull will only cover the cost of shipping your replacement item.
Domestic Shipping (Contiguous USA)
Shipping Cost:
- Free Shipping on all orders over $49.00
- A flat rate shipping fee of minimum $9.99 applies to all orders under $49.00
Delivery Estimates:
- Processing Time: Orders received before 2:00 PM EST are processed within 1-2 business days.
- Transit Time (Standard Shipping): 3–5 business days after the order has been processed.
Order Processing & Delivery
If you place an order before 2:00 PM EST, we typically get it out the door within 48 hours. We use reliable shipping partners such as UPS, USPS to ensure your package arrives safely.
International Shipping
PrimeBull is excited to ship around the globe, but our international process is a bit unique:
- You’ll need to take care of all shipping costs, taxes, customs duties, and return fees.
- Just a heads-up: International orders are eligible for exchange only, and all shipping cost/ fees are the responsibility of the buyer. No refunds will be issued for international orders.
- Shipping for international orders will be calculated at checkout by carrier as per your region.
Shipping Options for International Orders
Single Package or Box
- We ship orders using USPS Priority Mail (typically takes about 3–5 business days), First Class Mail for packages weighing less than 4 lbs, or the most affordable option with UPS.
- Delivery times can differ depending on where it's going.
- If you have a favorite carrier or service, just let us know, and we can arrange that.
Multiple Packages or Boxes
