30-Day Return Policy at Prime Bull
Prime Bull offers a 30-day return policy to its customers after the original delivery date of the product. Prime Bull prioritizes quality in its BJJ and fitness gear. If the purchase does not meet your expectations, you can initiate the return or exchange simply by submitting a Return Authorization form, or RA. Before making any returns, please read our policy on the condition of the product:

The product must not have been used and must still be in its original condition.

Any used or washed product is not eligible for return

Products covered in smell and stains are not eligible for return

Packaging and labels must be intact
If your order includes a boxed product, pack it inside a separate shipping carton. Please don’t attach labels directly to the product box, as this will cause your return to be refused.
Shipping Policy on Returns
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return labels will be provided in case of shipping errors, product damage, or warranty issues.
For standard returns or exchanges, the customer is responsible for covering the shipping cost of the product back to us. The company will be responsible for shipping the exchanged item back to the customer.
Return Policy for International Orders
As per our return policy, International customers can request an exchange or a return. However, please note that customers have to cover the shipping fees, customs charges, and all the taxes applied. Although the customer support team can assist you with the returns in case of product damage or errors in shipping, International orders are not eligible for refunds.
After receiving the return in our warehouse, please allow 8 to 10 business days for processing your request. Please hold on to the return tracking until the request is fully processed.
Quality Assurance & Return Address
Once we receive your order, our team carefully looks into the matter and reviews it to make sure that it meets the quality standards of Prime Bull.
If the product does not meet the criteria of our return policy, we will repair it before sending it back to you.
If the product is irreparable, the company will replace it with the same model. In case of discontinued or out-of-stock items, we will send an item of equal value.

All returns must be initiated by contacting our customer support team first at care@primebull.com or by contacting us on (888) 380-3184 or (443) 645-0050.
Submit your request for a Return Authorization form.
Once your request is submitted, it will be processed further.
After the approval, our team will send you the return instructions and will confirm the return address.
Carefully pack the returned item and enclose the RA form in the package. Clearly write the RA number on the shipping box. The package without the RA form will be refused.
