30-Day Return Window
At PrimeBull, we stand by the quality of all our BJJ and fitness gear. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, feel free to request a return or exchange within 30 days of when your order was delivered. Just keep in mind that all returns need to start with a Return Authorization (RA) request. Click Here
- Make sure to include all original packaging, labels, and tags, and that they’re intact.
- If you got a boxed item, please put that box inside another shipping carton.
- Don’t attach labels directly to the product box, or we might have to decline your return.
Return Shipping Guidelines
- Shipping costs from your original order aren't refundable.
- If you’re returning something because of a shipping mistake, a defect in the product, or a warranty problem, we'll send you a prepaid return label.
- For regular returns or exchanges, you'll need to pay for shipping the item back to us, but we’ll take care of the shipping for the replacement item.
International Return Policy
- If you're outside the U.S., you can request a return or exchange. Just keep in mind:
- You’ll need to cover all international return shipping costs, along with any customs duties and taxes
- If your item was damaged or there was an error during shipping, our support team is here to assist you. However, please note that we don’t offer refunds for international orders.
- Once we get your package at our warehouse, please allow 8–10 business days for processing.
- Hold on to your return tracking number until the entire process is complete.
Quality Review & Resolution
Every returned product is thoroughly checked by our Quality Assurance team. Here's how it works:
- If your item meets our return standards, we’ll process it as you requested.
- If the item is below our quality standards but can be fixed, we’ll repair it and send it back to you.
- If it can’t be repaired, we’ll send you a replacement of the same model
- If that product isn’t available anymore, we’ll replace it with something of equal value.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
To kick off your return, just follow these steps:
- Reach out to our customer support at care@primebull.com or call (888) 380-3184 or (443) 645-0050.
- Ask for a Return Authorization (RA) form.
- Once you get the green light, you'll receive detailed instructions and the address for returning your item.
- Make sure to pack your item securely, slip the completed RA form inside, and clearly write your RA number on the outside of the box. Packages that don’t include the RA form will be sent back.
