Refund Policy

At PrimeBull, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase experience. However, in any case, if you have a bad experience, here is what you must know about the refund policy. 

  1. Refund Eligibility

If there is a problem or error on our part (e.g., we sent the wrong item or the order is already damaged), you will be eligible for a full monetary refund back to your original payment method.

International orders are eligible for exchange only, and all shipping cost/ fees are the responsibility of the buyer. No refunds will be issued for international orders.

  1. How to Request a Refund
  • Get in touch with our customer support team within 30 days after you receive your order. Make sure to include your order number, any photos if you have them, and a brief description of the problem. 
  • We'll look into it, which might take about 2-3 days, depending on the situation.
  1. Refund Method
  • Refunds that get approved will usually be returned using the same payment method you originally used. 
  • Just keep in mind that how long it takes to process the transaction really depends on your payment provider, so it might take around 5 to 10 business days.
  1. Non-Refundable Situations
  • The buyer gave the wrong address, which led to the delivery not going through.
  • Items were damaged due to how the recipient used them.
