If there is a problem or error on our part (e.g., we sent the wrong item or the order is already damaged), you will be eligible for a full monetary refund back to your original payment method.
International orders are eligible for exchange only, and all shipping cost/ fees are the responsibility of the buyer. No refunds will be issued for international orders.
- How to Request a Refund
- Get in touch with our customer support team within 30 days after you receive your order. Make sure to include your order number, any photos if you have them, and a brief description of the problem.
- We'll look into it, which might take about 2-3 days, depending on the situation.
- Refund Method
- Refunds that get approved will usually be returned using the same payment method you originally used.

- Non-Refundable Situations
- The buyer gave the wrong address, which led to the delivery not going through.
